What you need to bring for SMS.
SMS in Core + and above relies on infrastructure your company owns and operates. Two short prerequisites:
Twilio account & configuration
Your company creates its own Twilio account, purchases the phone numbers it wants to send from, and completes Twilio's required configuration (A2P 10DLC registration, sender IDs, messaging service). Once the account is provisioned, you supply us with the credentials and Exaltis handles delivery from there.
Android SMS gateway phone
For Android-based SMS, your company designates one Android phone with an active SIM card to act as the gateway. You install the Exaltis connector app we provide on that device, sign it in, and leave it powered on and connected. SMS traffic for the affiliated workspace flows through that handset.
